Alison O'Leary
International Fitness and Body Building Federation Professional Alison O'Leary lifted her first weights when she turned 40. Since then she hasn't looked back. A busy Mum, Business owner and Qualified Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer Alison decided to open her own gym after over a decade as a personal trainer in the fitness industry.
Better Bodies Fitness. Gym opened in 2020 and Better Bodies Recovery Hub opened in 2022 and was created by Alison to provide a welcoming and encouraging space for people to train, get fit, recover and feel better.

For Alison, Better Bodies is all about the people and supporting them to get the results they need to improve their lives both physically and mentally. Alison welcomes everyone to her gym and hopes to provide a nourishing environment supported by the very best trainers (her great team ) and the best equipment.

Personal Trainer
John Ward
John is a Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer. Currently studying Applied Science at NWRC with the aim of progressing to Study Sports Science at University of Ulster.
John's speciality is Female weight loss. He runs a Female Only Group and the results, both physically and mentally are always great to see.
John believes in the 80/20 approach as he believes life is for living and you shouldn’t have to sacrifice the things you love to get results. He also guides clients through photoshoot prep and competitions prep.
John's Strength and Conditioning Hybrid class is on Wednesdays at 7pm.
John hopes his clients feel better in themselves and walk away with the sense of belief that they can achieve their final goal.

Sharon Wilson
Sharon is a fully Qualified Personal Trainer and over the last 7 years has worked with many different women helping them to focus on achieving their goals whether is be weight loss, general fitness, wedding goals or toning.

Sharon also specialises in training women during and after their pregnancy helping them to stay fit safely during pregnancy and rebuild their body confidence post pregnancy.

Sharon teaches brilliant SPIN and Legs, Bums and Tums classes as well as ladies bootcamps. Sharon encourages friends to buddy up for small group training.

Sharon's recognises that a lot of her clients want to make a lifestyle change and that when they invest in their own wellbeing they will see both physical and mental change.
Sharon works to support and empower her clients through these changes.
Sharon provides one-to-one personal training and small group training for those who want to buddy up.

Cara has over is a fully Qualified Level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer and has a Foundation Degree in Sport and Coaching
With over 6 years’ experience in the gym environment and over 2 years’ experience in coaching women. she specialises in: weight loss/gain, building body confidence, photoshoot prep and strength training.
She offers 1-1 sessions, buddy up sessions, online coaching and small group coaching.
Cara works with her clients to help them gain knowledge of how to make the gym and nutrition a lifestyle rather than a chore. She works with clients to build their confidence in themselves and help them become their favourite version of themselves.
Cara likes to create plans that cater to her client’s lifestyle and are sustainable. She wants to ensure that they build habits that are lifelong rather than quick fixes.

Lili Clifford is a fully Qualified Level 2 and Level 3 Personal Trainer based in Better Bodies Fitness.
Lili started pursuing her passion of helping people achieve their goals in August 2023 and is loving every minute of it. Lili helps her clients to build a sustainable, realistic and balanced lifestyle whilst still being able to achieve their dream physique and increase their all-round confidence.
Lili runs an amazing Bums and Tums class every Tuesday at 7pm and her class is included with Better Bodies gym membership.
Lili wants her clients to feel strong, confident and walk away with a positive outlook on their health and fitness.

Aimee Carlin
Aimee has been coaching since 2016 when she started working with young people who needed that extra support and guidance. This experience proved invaluable, and led her to take her coaching career further and become a Personal Trainer. To date she is a Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer and has also obtained a foundation degree in Sports Health and Fitness.

Aimee has been a Personal Trainer since 2020, working in variety of gyms, and coaching many individuals with different levels of fitness, across all walks of life.
Aimee's style of coaching today has been shaped from her 5 years of experience in the industry and she is very proud of the strong women that make up her team today, who are all different shapes, sizes, and abilities.
Fitness and exercise are Aimee's passion, and she knows from personal experience how exercise can help you through tough times, which is why she has made her passion her career. The gym can be a scary and nerve wrecking experience, so Aimee wants to help every woman to feel empowered and comfortable on the gym floor. No matter what size or ability, Aimee wants to help women build a healthier lifestyle through exercise and nutrition in a healthy and sustainable way, so that you don’t have to be restricted to reach your goals.

During each session Aimee wants women to leave feeling strong and that they can achieve what they set their mind to. She wants women to feel excited and look forward to their sessions, and not something they have to drag themselves to do. Aimee's goal at the beginning with a new client is that they can trust her and feel comfortable as she is there to help in every way she can.

Adam is a newly qualified Personal Trainer with a Level 2 gym instructor, Level 3 Personal trainer and qualification in Level 1 Mental Health Awareness in Association with Training.
His specialist areas are strength building and transformations.
Adam's training philosophy is less is more, life can still be enjoyed whilst making a drastic change to your body, building confidence and better self body image. Adam like clients to leave the gym feeling fulfilled and that they are better than they were last time.
Adam takes a Strength and Conditioning class at Better Bodies.
Adam wants his clients to feel great and to feel they’ve given everything they’ve got that session and to see self- improvement as upmost priority with his guidance.

Sports Massage Therapist
Rebecca McDaid
Rebecca is a Level 5 sports massage therapist and who has been qualified for 4 years now.
Rebecca enjoys working on pain management and restoring her clients back to pain-free movement following period of injury or strain. She wants her clients to feel happy and relaxed and pain-free following a sports massage appointment.
Rebecca provides single, group and buddy up appointments. She is available for appointments on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings and Saturday mornings.
